Limit social media time to 15 minutes or less a day

The effects of social media on our mental health are a hot topic to debate and there are many signs pointing to the negative effects on self-esteem. Mental health aside, for the sake of productivity there isn’t any reason to spend more than 15 minutes a day on social media unless it’s your job of course.

Set a calorie limit and stay under it

It’s really easy to get carried away and lose track of how much we are eating on a daily basis. If not always, it’s good to set a calorie goal and keep track of how much you are eating for perspective every now and then. It’s surprising how much more we eat than we might want to if we knew the calorie count.
